About Parma Food Sales

Founded in 2002 by Jim Lacerenza, Parma Food Sales is a private, family owned company with deep roots in the food business.  Starting in the food service industry in the 80’s, Jim’s passion for food and talent for driving sales led him while working for Kirstein Food Brokers, Carando Specialty Meats and Fiorucci Foods. He then went on to serve as president of Dominex Eggplant Company for 10 years.

Parma was founded on the needs of suppliers looking for an alternative to the large national brokers.

We have put together a team of culinary and sales management professionals dedicated to providing the “best in class” service to our valued suppliers.

Our performance – driven initiatives through operator engagement continues to result in steady, consistent growth in sales.
